Travel Insurance

• BYJ strongly recommends all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
• BYJ is not liable for any costs incurred due to a lack of appropriate travel insurance coverage.

Limitation of Liability

• BYJ acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers(airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.).
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by these third parties.
• BYJ is not liable for any personal injury, loss, accident, or delay resulting from actions beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
